"I Couldn’t Believe How Bad It Looked": Kaley Cuoco Recalled The Moment She Realized She'd Gone Overboard With Botox While Shooting "The Big Bang Theory"

In 2016, she told Women’s Health magazine that getting a nose job and a breast augmentation was the “best thing” she’d ever done. “As much as you want to love your inner self ... I'm sorry, you also want to look good. I don't think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that's amazing,” she said.

And a decade later, Kaley is continuing to be open about all the work she’s had done, revealing during a new appearance on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast that she’s a huge fan of Botox.

Kaley explained to host Amanda Hirsch that one area of her face she actively avoids getting Botox in is her forehead, because she needs to be able to express emotions when acting — something that she learned the hard way when she first got injected.

Kaley explained that she first got Botox when she was on The Big Bang Theory. “I can tell you the episode, I can tell you the name,” she said, adding, “It was deep into the show. Like, halfway maybe.”

Kaley was 21 when she first appeared in the sitcom.

“I did my forehead, and I did all this stuff, and I was so excited, but… There’s a scene where I have to do this thing with my face, and I could not move,” she said.

“The fact that no one said anything — they probably were thinking it — I couldn’t believe how bad it looked,” she went on.

“I was, like, literally doing these jokes, and nothing moved. My forehead didn’t move, and it looked like I was trying to move it,” she said.

Kaley noted that this was the moment she realized that she’d gone overboard with the Botox. “That’s when I thought, Woah. We don’t need [this]. Let’s calm it down,” she recalled, adding, “So I reined it in, and now I don’t do my forehead, but sister, I love Botox.”

Kaley went on to note that while she doesn’t get forehead Botox anymore, she still gets injected in the sides of her eyes and in her neck.

And elsewhere during the podcast, Kaley noted that she’s on her “second pair” of breast implants, adding, “I would love a third pair. Best decision I ever made.”
