One of the best parts about discovering a great TV series is discussing it with other fans. But sometimes an excellent show just totally flies under the radar, leaving you with nobody to yap about it with. SIGH.

Recently, Reddit user u/Lilyana0999 asked, "What's a TV series that is a 10/10 NOBODY knows?" Here are some of the top-tier, yet criminally underrated shows that commenters shared:

Note: Some responses have been edited for length and/or clarity.

1. "Turn: Washington's Spies. It was on during AMC's golden era of The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, and Sons of Anarchy, so it was definitely overshadowed. It takes places during the American Revolutionary War and focuses on the real-life Culper Spy Ring. Everybody I've convinced to watch it absolutely loved it."

2. "Better Off Ted. It's a corporate comedy without laugh tracks that was way ahead of its time, and it only lasted two seasons. It has sort of similar vibe to 30 Rock or Modern Family in its presentation and humor. I rewatch it regularly and it still holds up so well."

3. "Legion is the best Marvel show no one ever heard of."

4. "A Young Doctor’s Notebook. I'm not sure why it’s not more popular, especially since it has both Daniel Radcliffe and Jon Hamm in it."

5. "How To with John Wilson. There is truly nothing else like it. It's hard to even describe to people what it is, and pretty much impossible to do so while conveying any of the appeal. Beneath the humor of the show lies an aching humanity. Wilson has such rich empathy for his subjects and can find profundity in the strangest or most banal events. The vacuum cleaner episode made me cry when I first watched it — now that I have an autistic son, I find so much beauty and hope in that episode."

6. "Dark. It's three seasons long and tells a complete story. It's in German, but don't let that scare you off — it's so worth it."

7. "Galavant. It's a musical, so it won't be everyone's cup of tea, but for what is it is, it's absolutely a 10/10. Monty Python meets Disney with subversive storytelling and great characters."

8. "The Magicians hits all the right spots for me. The first season can be a little bit rough to get through, but it's definitely worthwhile. Be prepared for a wide range of emotions, laughter, trauma, and world-building as well as some of the best character portrayals and interactions."

9. "Party Down. Brilliant comedy show."

10. "The correct answer is The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret. The less you know about it before you watch it, the better."

11. "The Venture Bros. is one of the best adult animated series of all time. The humor is only outpaced by its incredible storytelling and world-building. The first season is a bit messy, but the second season on is just incredible. It never got popular because the breaks between seasons were three-to-four years long. It's truly a labor of love by the creators."

12. "I never really hear anybody talking about Documentary Now!, where Fred Armisen and Bill Hader make mockumentaries of real documentaries. I think it's hilarious and infinitely quotable."

13. "Scavengers Reign. It's one season, and it's absolutely encapsulating and visually stunning. It's the most incredible world creation I've ever seen."

14. "Norsemen (Vikingane), a Norwegian viking comedy series. All the actors are Norwegian, and when they made the show, they recorded all the scenes twice — once in Norwegian, then in English with strong Norwegian accents and most of the jokes, puns, and sayings translated directly. It's hilarious. If you want a funny little viking show with an extra pinch of linguistic weirdness, check it out."

15. "Archive 81. Netflix gave us one season with almost zero marketing and pulled the plug when it didn’t hit Stranger Things numbers."

16. "Spaced, an English comedy from the late 90s made by Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, and Edgar Wright. It only had two series, but it was almost perfect. If you enjoyed Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, etc., then you'll love Spaced — it's what kicked off their careers.

17. "Murderbot on Apple TV is a remarkably fun one-off. I found it really enjoyable to watch and became very invested in the world and the characters' struggles. I wasn’t expecting such a good-looking and fleshed-out universe from a sci-fi comedy. Nobody seems to have watched it. I think maybe the the title puts people off?"

18. "Fisk, an Australian lawyer workplace comedy. It's available on Netflix in the US."

19. "The Afterparty. It's an incredibly fun murder mystery show where each episode is told from the perspective of a different character recounting the events of the night in a different genre. It has a stellar cast and great writing, but I've never heard anyone talk about this show."

20. "The OA was cancelled after two seasons and ended in a huge cliffhanger. The themes, the story, the direction, and everything is great. Its not for everyone, but for me, it's a 10/10 series. I'm still thinking about it to this day."

21. "Reservation Dogs on Hulu. It's a fantastic slice-of-life show depicting small-town Native American life in a stark, but warm way. It has a great cast and guest cast, including Bill Burr, Lily Gladstone, Ethan Hawke, and Megan Mullally."

22. And lastly: "Travelers."
